My wifes cousin and her husband took us to dinner there and we had a delicious meal there. From the schnitzel my wife had to the Altbierbowle* we had well prepared food and friendly service in a relaxed and casual atmosphere that is only generated by the return of many "stammgäste" (frequent guests) . We rolled merrily back to our hosts home. * the Aldtbierbowle was a specific beer with fresh strawberries in it.

Very charming restaurant, you feel really comfortable, like in your grandma's living room. The outdoor area is beautifully decorated for Christmas The food was excellent, super tasty and perfect portions, thanks to the kitchen at this point! The service is a bit slow but that didn't bother us and wouldn't justify deducting a star. We would like to come again !

The first time we went for dinner testing there it was very good. The second time we had pre-ordered food for 15 people. We were there on time because they were brought to the table for us was covered. The service person then picked up the drinks and a short time later our food arrived. As a group we were all very happy with the food we received I kept asking if there was anything missing. A compliment from us to the kitchen and the service, keep it up.

We were there unannounced for lunch on a Sunday. The outside seats under the beautiful trees were all occupied or reserved but we were assigned 2 seats at an occupied table. We thought that was nice. Otherwise we experienced professional and fast service. The card is excellent. The location and the ambience are very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and lunch and would like to come back.
